IELTS testing resumes in 39 countries

We greatly appreciate your support and understanding during these unprecedented times. As the IELTS partners, we have taken your feedback into consideration and have worked to provide solutions, such as the IELTS Indicator, in response to the suspension of testing in many locations.

We want to inform you that IELTS test centers have now resumed operations in 39 countries and territories where it is permitted and considered safe. We have implemented additional precautions to ensure the health and safety of both test takers and staff.

However, we kindly request that individuals who have been in contact with anyone suspected of being exposed to Covid-19, or who are experiencing symptoms such as cough, fever, or shortness of breath, do not attend an IELTS test. Please note that specific requirements may vary depending on the region. Test takers can contact our teams to discuss options for transferring to a later date or refunds, if needed.

IELTS Indicator:

Please note that if your organization wishes to receive IELTS Indicator scores via the online score check service, you will need to register. During the registration process, you can provide your score requirements and request access to check and download IELTS Indicator scores.

Additionally, you can ask applicants to provide their unique IELTS identifier number, which you can use to verify their results online.
