Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally request the opportunity to work remotely from home, as recently announced in the company’s policy updates. I believe that this arrangement would greatly benefit both myself and the company.

The main reason for my request is the need to take care of my elderly parents. They require constant attention and support, especially during this challenging time. Working from home would allow me to fulfill my professional responsibilities while being available to assist my parents when needed.

Additionally, commuting to the office daily is quite time-consuming and stressful due to the heavy traffic in the city. By working from home, I would be able to save valuable time and utilize it more efficiently for work-related tasks. Moreover, a quieter and more focused environment at home would enhance my productivity, leading to better results for the company.

I want to assure you that my home is equipped with all the necessary amenities for remote work. I have a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection, a fully functional computer, and access to all the essential software and tools required for my job. I am confident that I can maintain the same level of productivity and efficiency while working from home.
