Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my concern regarding the issues related to the public transportation service faced by the people residing in Lok Nagar, New Delhi.

One of the major problems people face is the inconvenience caused by the public bus service. Buses don’t arrive at the bus stations on time, leading to delays and disruptions in daily schedules. Additionally, the condition of public buses is severely deteriorated, with broken windows and a lack of cleanliness, which affects the overall travel experience.

Furthermore, the behavior of bus conductors towards passengers is a significant concern. Incidents of misbehavior and conflicts have been reported, creating a negative impression of the public transportation system.

To improve the situation, I suggest implementing the following changes. Firstly, bus drivers should be strictly instructed to adhere to the schedule and reach the bus stations on time. Regular monitoring of their punctuality would help in this regard. Secondly, appointing sweepers to maintain cleanliness inside the buses would ensure a pleasant journey for passengers. Lastly, bus conductors should undergo proper training to improve their behavior and maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards passengers.
